The Transit Low Pro Roof Rack is an aerodynamic and completely modular roof rack at an affordable price. This rack has all the versatility you need to mount up accessories, and the installation is fast and easy.

The modular crossbars are standard 10 series aluminum extrusion, so bolting up accessories like solar panels and light bars is simple. All parts of the Ford Transit roof rack are constructed of high-quality aluminum or stainless, so there's no chance of rust. The rubber gasket and rubber sealing washer keep the roof of your van watertight.

Accessing your Transit roof rack is a breeze when you add our compatible Transit Side Ladder. Side Ladders are a safe and convenient way to access your solar panels, gearboxes, and other rooftop accessories.

We think it's the best Ford Transit roof rack on the market when it comes to price and pure functionality. It has everything you need to mount up your accessories and hit the great outdoors and nothing you don’t. To top things off, the Low Pro Roof Rack comes flat-packed in a box, and it's delivered straight to your doorstep for free in the USA.

FVC Side Ladder Compatible

The FVC Transit Side Ladder bolts straight onto the pill slots on the side of the Low Pro Roof Rack. Installation is simple, and the side ladder breaks into two pieces for free shipping straight to your door.

The side ladder is made from 1.25” aluminum round tube with formed aluminum steps. The double kink of our ladder follows the lines of the Transit van for a sleek look.

Fiamma F45S Compatible

There’s no need for any drilling or cutting. Our Low Pro Roof Rack allows you to bolt the Fiamma F45S directly into your rack. We designed our Transit roof rack with the awning in mind, so there’s no gaper gap between the top of your van and the bottom of your awning that would allow wind and rain through.

Easily Mount Your Solar Panels & Accessories

The crossbars on the Transit Low Pro are 10-series anodized aluminum crossbars, and you can move them anywhere to accommodate solar panels as well as other accessories.

In Stock - Ships For Free

Unlike most rack companies, we stock our products, so in stock racks ship out by the next business day. The Low Pro Roof Rack also comes flat packed in a box, and domestic orders are delivered for free.

Great Product, Even better support

This roof rack is an absolute gem, easy to install, easy to work with, it was probably the easiest part of my van and my favorite. I think with products and online shopping nowadays there are tons of products that can virtually do that same thing, give or take a few pros/cons. So it is a hard choice to really choose a product based on solely the product if there are many decent brands available. What sets one company apart from another is Customer Success & your Digital Experience. Russell from FVC shaped my experience and made everything an absolute breeze. There was never a hesitation when it came to helping me grab spare parts I needed that I was missing, and accommodated everything in a professional and friendly manner. This is how you get lifelong customers and customers that recommend a brand over another. Will continue to buy products from FVC in the future and recommend it to others.

Thanks for your kind words and support! We really appreciate it!

Nice roof rack, Relatively easy to install

I was a little skeptical about this roof rack before it arrived, but it is heavy duty and well built. There were no instructions, so I emailed Flatland Van Co and within minutes I had a response with a link to the instructions, which were on their website.

This is installed on a Ford Transit, but there are also models for Sprinter and Ram, so YMMV. I had to enlarge 2 of the factory mounting holes on the roof with a Dremel tool, but the instructions warn you about that. Ford really needs to try a bit harder to increase the quality of the roof construction. All of my crossbeams are crooked and this affects other install components, but that's another story.

I was able to do almost all of the install by myself on a single ladder and could have completed the job solo with a little pre-planning and extra work, but I got a few minutes help from a friend holding the heavy parts in place to get a couple of bolts started, then it was straight forward. I added the front air deflector as well. The project took me about 5 hours to complete with no serious hassles or problems and no new dents or scratches on the van.

I was prepared to complain about the supplied Allen wrench being too long as I had to cut about 1/4" off of the one supplied with the rack to be able to use it on the bolts holding the deflector to the first crossbar. Then when I started cleaning up the packaging after the installation was complete, I found the shorter Allen wrench in a nice red plastic bag that was supplied with the deflector packaging. So, no complaint about anything other than my not being able to see the red bag with the proper tool.

I viewed an installation video from a competitor and can see that the competitor's rack is lighter weight, is not as sturdy, and costs about $300 more.

I do recommend the Flatland Van Roof Rack and deflector and would buy again, should the need arise.
