Yes. All of our products, including the Low Pro Series Roof Racks and Safari Racksship for free to the lower 48. 

All products ship directly from our warehouse in Arizona. Most transit times are 1-3 days to the Western USA and 3-5 days to the Eastern USA.

To initiate a return, email us at support@flatlinevanco.com and we will provide you with further instructions to return your order.

In stock items ship within 1-2 business days.

We don't allow pre-orders, so inventory on the website is live and in stock products will typically ship out within the 1-2 day timeframe.

Yes. But we currently only ship to Canada. Please note: unless otherwise specified, Flatline Van Co. shipping rates cover freight only. If applicable, additional fees (brokerage, duties, etc.) are collected locally and are not included in the price paid. Have questions? Please ask in advance.

Flatline Van Co. Low Pro Roof Racks are designed to be very simple to install. They require no drilling and mount to factory rails or holes. Anyone handy with basic tools should be able to install our racks. 

We recommend contacting one of our Certified Installers if you don't feel comfortable installing the Safari Rack after viewing the Installation Guide.

Yes, the crossbars on the Low Pro Roof Rack are standard 10 series extrusion, so bolting up accessories like solar panels and light bars is simple.

Yes, our line of Sprinter roof racks (Low Pro, Standard, Safari) require factory or aftermarket roof tracks.

Yes, in an industry filled with long lead times and products that are built after ordering, we decided to do things differently. If a product is available for purchase on our website, it is in stock at our warehouse and will ship within 1-2 business days. The only exception is Fiamma Awnings - Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for processing and handling times due to factory delays and increased demand.

It's easy. Just click the orange button on the product page that says "Email When Available" and then enter your email address or mobile number. When the item is back in stock, we will send you an email or text notification.
