Bought these hoping they would work for low roof if I cut them. Cut the back clean and re-notched the front. Pro tip: paint the wholes for the rivets before installing to avoid rust.

Installed the 144 Bed Brackets and I am really happy with how flexible it has made things. I wasn't sure the exact height we needed our bed and I like how the bed bracket makes the easy to change as our needs evolve. It is probably unnecessary if you know exactly what will go where but for us we are DIY on an evolving build and so I really like what this offers us longterm. For example, right now the bed is for kids as we tow a small camper too where we sleep but in time as they grow the bed will need more head room. Or maybe we will adjust it again if we end up storing bikes in the garage area.
Install was pretty easy all in all - the install video/instructions were quite helpful. I was glad I used a drill stop because (as noted in the video) there are some areas that are thicker than others and so its nice to have the confidence that I'm only drilling the exact depth needed for the rivet. I struggled to use clamps to keep things aligned well but used temporary screws and that worked just fine. Not sure if it matters or not but I followed guidance that all drilled holes get painted so after drilling I used a q-tip dipped in Rustoleum to paint inside the hole before drying and riveting. All in all very happy!

When this product came out I knew it was what I was missing. Previously installed FVC bed system directly onto Sprinter body, which at the end of the day worked but also looking back was not 100% as secure as it is now with the bed brackets. Previously I had 2-3 rivnuts into each corner of the bed system, it did its job but also the sprinter body isnt completely flat so some rivnuts were slightly off. This bed bracket solves all that as it provides a huge mounting service for the bed system and is connected to the sprinter in many locations for each bracket rather than just 2-3 rivnuts compared to before. Install was straight forward, I did it solo however would have been great to have extra set of hands. Compatiable with factory headliner and FVC Sprinter Bed system but please note if you have older gen bed system you may need to drill new holes on bed rails to connect which is not a huge deal but a good heads up. My FVC Bed system/rails were from July 2023 and I still had to make the holes myself.
