Looking for a comfortable and durable mattress for your Sprinter Van? Look no further than our Sprinter Van Mattress, available in four styles! This USA-made mattress is constructed with CertiPUR-US-certified foam, ensuring it meets all safety and environmental standards. 

The mattresses are custom-sized for a perfect fit with our Sprinter Bed Systems. The removable water and abrasion-resistant top and bottom fabrics make this mattress easy to clean and durable against constant use. All Sprinter Mattress options are 5” thick and hinged with detachable zippered sections. 

Each mattress is available in Medium-Firm or Soft cushion options. The Medium-Firm option offers a 5-6 firmness level with a cool gel memory foam layer, making it a great option for all sleepers. The Soft option has a 1-2 firmness level, ideal for those who prefer to sleep on a softer, more plush mattress.

We recommend pairing them with our Sprinter Bed System for a perfect fit. 

Standard Mattress - Tri-Fold: The Standard Sprinter Mattress features a tri-fold layout and it’s designed to accommodate most standard Sprinter Bed platforms. Dimensions: 74"L x 67"W x 5"

Flarespace Mattress - Bi-Fold: The Flarespace Sprinter Mattress features a bi-fold layout and it’s designed to accommodate Sprinter vans with Flarespace flares and a bed-mounted below the flares. Dimensions: 59"L x 67"W x 5"

Flarespace Mattress - with inserts for Sprinter 144": The same bi-fold design as our standard Flarespace Mattress, but with added inserts for the Sprinter 144" Flarespace flares. 

Flarespace Mattress - with inserts for Sprinter 170": The same bi-fold design as our standard Flarespace Mattress, but with added inserts for the Sprinter 170" Flarespace flares.

Which Flarespace Mattress Should I Get?

The short answer is that you should get the Flarespace mattress that corresponds with your van length unless you've measured and mounted your bed to accommodate for the 5" thickness of this mattress. If that's the case, you can get the standard Flarespace Bi-Fold mattress, and it should rest flush with the trim rings and allow your pillow to rest on the trim. This means you don't need the additional inserts to fill the Flarespace.

DESIGNED FOR SPRINTER VANS

The Sprinter mattresses have cut-outs in the corners to get as much coverage as possible with the bed in the rear of the van. The mattresses are sized for the perfect fit with our Sprinter Bed Systems, and make for an optimal size for any Sprinter camper van.

WATER, ABRASION, RIP-RESISTANT FABRIC

The soft top polyester fabric is water and abrasion-resistant. The base material is water, abrasion, and rip-resistant low-slip polyurethane coated nylon fabric. Both materials are designed to hold up to constant use.

REMOVABLE, DETACHABLE COVERS

The Sprinter Van Mattresses have detachable panel sections and removable covers, making them easy to clean at home with light soap and an air dry.

Best Bed I've ever had on the road.

Ive done everything from an astro van to van, rv's, an older sprinter and in my new build we got the FVC bed and mattress. Just did our first month road trip to Vancouver from Texas and I've never slept in a bed in a vehicle that even comes close. Never got sore, slept like a baby every night, and although its a bit of dough for the system, I'm completely sold and will always recommend. Very spacious for my wife and me. One upgrade would be some straps so secure the mattress to the frame. We only had one hard stop in Provo and with hard breaking she sailed that thing like a magic carpet right off the bed and onto the floor. But the bed was so padded she hardly felt it lol. Either way 5/5 stars
