Are you ready to upgrade your single side factory rear step? We’ve got you covered with our popular Mercedes Sprinter rear step. Heavy Duty ¼” steel plate, non-slip grip tape, and a powder coat finish upgrade the look and functionality of your Sprinter van.

The Sprinter Rear Step is designed to maintain enough space, so you can easily use your tow hitch. It hides the hitch nicely as well, giving the back end of your Sprinter an upgraded look compared to the factory step. In November 2021, we redesigned the rear step to have a wider profile, and non-slip grip tape to make it even easier and safer to access the back of your van. 

The rear step itself is easy to install - on our last time trial we did it in 7 minutes. You remove the two bottom bolts on either side from the factory rear hitch, insert the step, and put the bolts back on. Our installation guide below shows more detail.

Great products and great service.

Bought a roof rack and rear step. Shipped promptly but rear step was damaged in shipment. FVC sent a new step without delay and communication was perfect. Products are thoughtfully designed and quality built. I like working with FVC.

I am super pleased with how this turned out. I purchased the step for 2 reasons. The first reason, the factory step can be an ankle twister if you don't get your foot on the small footprint. The second reason for me- is ,after adding the Rear Tire Mount and Box, the drivers behind me cant see my taillights. This offered a solution in which I could mount LED Light boxes that are somewhat protected and get the drivers behind me visibility to my brake and turn signals. I would have paid more if this step already had LED boxes in them ( hint hint FVCO :) )

Loved working with Flatline!

I bought at least 30k worth of parts/items and the customer service was excellent. If there was anything wrong they made sure to help me along the way. Everything was super easy to install. If I were ever to make another camper car, I would go back to this company! Braden worked with us the whole time and he was super sweet. Ask for him when working on a project!

Looks great and works great! Clears the hitch perfectly and no issues with the park sensors. Easy installation. Bought a second one for my other Sprinter work van.
