The Low Pro Roof Rack is an aerodynamic and adjustable way to meet your Sprinter 170" roof rack needs.

Our Low Pro Roof Rack series is built for the DIY'er, so installation is quick and easy. This roof rack is engineered to fit with the Sprinter Side Ladder and Wheel Wrap Side Ladder and a roof mount Fiamma F80 Awning. To install the Fiamma F80s awning (sold separately) with your rack, select the Sprinter 170" Low Pro Roof Rack + F80 Kit option to include the compatible side rails.

This Sprinter roof rack looks great with or without all the extras like solar panels, SUP racks, and more. The Low Pro Roof Rack is a functional addition to your Sprinter van and easily fits into the stock roof rails. The aluminum extrusion crossbars feature drop-in hardware slots and allow for an endless amount of options. You can easily adjust them to accommodate solar panels, fans, and other accessories.

We designed our Sprinter 170 roof rack with the awning in mind, so there’s no gap between the top of your van and the bottom of your awning that would allow the elements in.

Roadtrek with Thule awning verified fit

I went with this model because I didn't want to remove my Thule awning that was installed by Roadtrek. I used Rhino Rack rivet on tracks to avoid headliner issues with through bolt Sprinter rails. In hindsight I probably would have riveted on factory Sprinter rails. The rhino slots are smaller so I had to grind each t-nut to make them fit.

I feel pretty good about the rivet concept. Stainless rivets with pneumatic gun felt good. I ordered longer rivets than what came with the Rhino because the stem snapped prematurely because the material was thicker than expected which also increased my confidence in their holding ability.

If you remove the end caps of the awning and loosen the bolts you can slide it back and forth to avoid removing the awning. I used a hand grinder with a cutoff wheel and a flap disc to make clearance for the awning brackets. The front fairing made it more challenging because it was a close fit to have it back far enough to touch the front.

Overall I love it so far!!!

Fits great and looks trick

I purchased the LowPro roof rack from Flatline Van Co..in anticipation of installing an array of solar panels onto the rooftop of my Sprinter. The installation regardless of having to ultimately install it by my lonesome couldn't have gone smoother. I'm easily fitting 400 watts (four panels) but if not for my overly large AC could see fitting 600 Watts or six panels on top of the rooftop of a Sprinter 170. Infinite adjustability of the cross bars and the availability of more make it perfect for whatever you may wish to fit up top. Couldn't be happier and thought it fairly priced compared to alot of the others out there

Amazing roof rack , very slim and lowkey but still a beast of a rack to hold all that gear you dont want crowding the van ! Couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out, paired with a side latter is dreammy

Basic modular roof rack for all your needs.

This is a great rack for mounting solar panels, roof boxes, decking, aux lights, etc,. I like that the crossbars are all movable which allows for working around vent fans and AC units without any deck cutting.
Also, this comes in a box for easy shipping and doesn't require using a forklift to install either!
Get the optional fairing if you are mounting solar panels. Otherwise, it can generate up force on the panels and make your aerodynamics suffer.

Lovely Rack !

seriously, This rack is awesome. Simple, solid, easy to install even with the Fiamma F80 Awning kit. Good value. My only struggle with the install was working around two Maxx air fans. The crossbar locations at the end of each section of the side rails lined up with my front fan. Easy to move the crossbars to accommodate. Thanks FVCO for great products and great service.
