What a great upgrade.

I always considered the hood struts as fluff we could do without on our Sprinter van. Then I needed back surgery. All I can say is "Wow? Why did we wait so long to install this?" The struts were very easy to install, open and support the hood very well and take away the stress of handling that big hood. If you are shorter like my wife and you have a lifted van, it is without a doubt a game changer.

Perfect fit and easy install (with the right tools/products)

I had to make a run to Home Depot for Rust Oleum to insure the drilled holes don’t rust. I happened to have a rivet gun, which I’m suspecting most won’t own. Other than that, the install was quite simple and the struts work perfectly. Highly recommend!

Pretty easy to put in. Just don’t over do it putting the factory bolt back in and pop the head off like I did! My mechanic is very happy too.
