Do this first!

These are great and pretty easy to install. When doing almost anything on the van, I'm frequently opening up the hood. These make that so much easier compared to using the factory hood support. Save yourself a lot of hassle and get these done as soon as you get your van.

Great product with a very competitive price

Installed the Flatline Van hood struts last weekend. Easy directions for a DIY project (so long as one has the required tools. Took about 40 minutes due to waiting for paint to get dry. Very satisfied with the quality and certainly the price point as they are much less that the comparable competition out there. Would definitely recommend this product.

What a great upgrade.

I always considered the hood struts as fluff we could do without on our Sprinter van. Then I needed back surgery. All I can say is "Wow? Why did we wait so long to install this?" The struts were very easy to install, open and support the hood very well and take away the stress of handling that big hood. If you are shorter like my wife and you have a lifted van, it is without a doubt a game changer.
