The ladder arrived super well packaged and undamaged! Easy to install. I love that I had previously installed the standard roof rack from FVC and it had a retainer spot for a future ladder. When I took that off, it was very convenient to have two nuts already available without undoing a bunch of stuff to get two new ones in. Love it!

The ladders(2) are great, however the installations were slowed down due to the van conversion company (Thor) having placed their equipment in the way.

Install was pretty easy, love the design is simple and straight forward and that the ladder is light weight. My favorite thing of all is the customer support helping with questions anytime I had them. The customer support alone will make me a continuous loyal customer whenever I can afford to buy new van products. Thanks for everything!!

Good price, easy to install, grippy platform rungs, not too chunky looking.
The side mounted ladder is a better location than on the rear door in my opinion. Also, I can easily mount an additional surfboard pole to the ladder.
