Want a professional-looking storage solution for your mountain bikes, cooler, or other accessories? The Adventure Van Pull Out Tray is our answer.

The Pull Out Tray is designed to stow gear and other accessories for easy access via the rear doors of your adventure van. Stop crawling into the back of your van, and start loading up for your next adventure. The heavy-duty slide outs make it faster and easier to access your bikes or cooler so you can party in the back - it's like a mullet for your van.

Heavy-duty drawer glides rated for up to 500 pounds locks in the stow position and when fully extended. Another key feature is the circular hole with a removable plug for easy cleaning and draining. We all know how enticing a little hero dirt can be, but we've also seen the debris that can get leftover in your pull out tray.

There are multiple holes (12 total) on the bottom of the slide out tray for mounting. (Note: The tray comes completely assembled but does not come with mounting hardware. The size of hardware and method for mounting should be decided by you and/or your builder to properly mount the slide out tray in your chosen location. Please mount to the floor taking into account the weight you are placing on the tray. If you are unsure, always talk to a professional.)

DESIGNED TO HOLD BIKES, COOLERS, AND GRILLS

When we designed the Pull Out Tray we wanted to make sure it could accommodate the wide range of gear that’s stored in the garage area of adventure vans. The trays are large enough to hold two full-size mountain bikes using the Rocky Mounts fork bike mounts. We’ve also had customers use it to store coolers and even their grilling setup.

Great tray for bikes

I got this for the garage of our Grit Overland GO/AT adventure van. I mounted it to the 2 L-tracks that we have in the rear. I was told this would not support the full 500 lb rated capacity, but that isn’t a problem. It will be primarily used for bikes.

I had to drill holes because existing ones didn’t line up with our L-tracks. It is aluminum, so that was easy to do. I used L-track studs to connect them. I had to use shorter nuts than the lock nuts that came with them to keep them from scraping the bottom of the tray. I installed them with locktite in hopes that it will keep them in place.

I installed 1 piece of L-track in the front and one in the rear to use with Freedom Coast L-track Fork-mount bike mounts. They are pricey, but the adjustability was important. The L-track holes on the front and rear of the tray do not fit the double-width L-track mounts on these tracks. Also, they are too far forward in the trays for drop bar bikes because the bars extended beyond the trades. I am able to get 2 drop bar bikes to fit within the 20” wide tray by putting one facing front and the other facing the rear. The wheels fit on the outside of each bike in the space created by the handlebars. Our bikes just barely fit under the bed in our van.

The only negative is that the screws holding the trays to the sliders vibrated lose the first time we used it: there are no lock washers and they were not installed with locktite. I reinstalled them (a little tricky since the rear is not accessible for several of the screws).

Overall, I love the arrangement. It slides very easily and fits perfectly in our space. It is a lot easier to get bikes in and out with this tray than trying to position them inside the van directly on the bike mounts attached to the L-track. When we aren’t using them for bikes I think it will be very convenient for hauling other stuff.

A must have for the garage area to keep everything in place. This tray is nicely built and perfect for storing your bikes. Love the detail and all the slots for L tracks mounts around the tray.

Issues with slides

Update, their customer service is amazing and hooked me up with a new slide that worked perfectly. Guess I just had a bad one from their sister manufacture.
So far bought a bunch of products and couldn’t be happier!! Get yourself one

One of the two slides has a slight issues where it sticks. The slides themselves are different from one another. Contacted customer support but have not heard back . Will adjust review once this issues is resolved. They are built great but having the issue with the slide for the price is a bit of a bummer and if there wasn’t an issue it would be given a 10/10 stars

Thanks for letting us know, Jacques! We have run into some issues with the slides before, but it does sounds like it could be the locking point that’s designed to lock out halfway through the slides. I see our team was able to make contact with you to diagnose what's going on and find a resolution, but always feel free to contact us at support@flatlinevanco.com if you need!
