High-end quality product. There pads are exactly what I needed to secure my awninf leg brackets without the need to drill into the body of my van.

There are two aspects here, on an otherwise awesome quality company. Be sure that you already have the leg mounts, which I wasn’t provided by my van builder. Those need to be bought separately for ~$50. Secondly, they do not use 3M VHB, they use Tesa, which is a very different quality product. Other than that- good.

I ordered in February and had to reach out multiple times for status updates. I finally received them in May two days before our cross country trip. Customer service was always quick to respond, but you really need to invest in the right tools to give your customers proactive updates. I finally received them and they are missing the actual brackets to attach the legs!! Asking for a refund at this point.

This product is very popular and we were out of stock and waiting for fresh inventory to arrive. We acknowledge that the photos shown may be misleading, but it is noted that the Fiamma Bracket is not included with our Leg Bracket Pads. I understand that can be frustrating when you go to install and realize you don't have everything needed to complete the job.
