Horsepower Automotive Group Announces Nikki Flowers Customer Service & Compliance Manager

Chandler, AZ - HPAG is proud to announce the promotion of Nikki Flowers from Customer Service Coordinator to Customer Service & Compliance Manager. Throughout her time with the company, she has proven herself to be an outstanding leader, and she has shown her exceptional expertise in the field of customer service and business operations. Calling upon her years of experience and unique set of skills, Flowers is looking forward to enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting HPAG’s 2025 goals.

Before working for Rago Fabrication and HPAG, Flowers held the position of Office Manager at Marek+Richard, where she managed their e-commerce stores and oversaw shipping operations. Additionally, she contributed to the company's strategic planning, budgeting projects, and contract negotiations. Afterwards, she was hired at Rago Fabrication, and she filled the roles of CSM, Operations Manager, and Production Coordinator. In 2023, she was promoted to HPAG’s Customer Service Coordinator. Fulfilling so many roles in HPAG has gained her extensive knowledge on the company's operations and their business strategies. This knowledge and her proven ability to align company goals, manage cross-functional teams, improve customer service operations, and create efficient workflows has set her up for success as Horsepower’s CSM.

In response to her promotion to Customer Service Manager, Flowers stated, “I am excited about the opportunity to take on a larger leadership role and directly impact the customer experience across HPAG’s brands. This position allows me to combine my passion for customer service with a strategic approach to managing key compliance functions, such as MAP management and international shipping. I’m excited to take on the challenge of driving the company toward its ambitious 2025 targets while continuously enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The chance to lead a talented and dynamic team, collaborate closely with brand managers and sales teams, and play a pivotal role in HPAG's continued growth is both an exciting challenge and a rewarding opportunity. I look forward to contributing to our success in meaningful, innovative ways.”

On top of looking forward to her new roles and responsibilities, Flowers also expressed what she wishes to accomplish as CSM: “My primary goal is to help drive HPAG’s sales targets and EBITDA objectives by optimizing our customer service processes, enhancing team performance, and ensuring seamless management of dealer agreements and data. Additionally, I am focused on improving the customer experience across all touchpoints, ensuring the team maintains high KPIs, and providing a smooth order fulfillment and warranty process to support our growing customer base.”

Mike Timmons, HPAG’s SVP of Marketing & Sales, stated, “Flowers will be tasked with continuing our best-in-class customer service experience and managing our dealer agreements and policies.” In regards to her qualifications, he mentioned that “Nikki's experience dealing with customers is superb! Her ability to problem-solve on the go makes her a strong fit for this position.”

As Customer Service Manager, Nikki Flowers will be responsible for leading the customer service and direct-to-consumer sales teams, managing retailer/distribution agreements, overseeing data for customer-facing information, handling MAP management to address pricing issues, tracking warranties/returns/defective products, and managing her team’s KPIs to uphold a high customer service standard. The HPAG team is thankful for Nikki Flowers’ years of service to the company, and they are excited to see the mark that she will make as Customer Service & Compliance Manager.
