Fit and finish on the FVCo Fairing is perfect. Powder coating is flawless and riveted badge branding looks sweet. Install was easy, just needing to remove the front bar from the rack, attach fairing to bar and reinstall bar into rack. Makes the low profile rack look way better, and quieter. This is a must buy if you have the low profile rack.
Install was a breeze! Ran into an issue with my previous generation low profile roof rack needing a spacer and Silas quickly sent out a spacer and longer bolts to me. After I had the spacer I got the rack installed. Instructions were clear and concise.
High quality powder coating, great grip on the ladder treads as well. The ladder looks great on the van, and is as stout as can be!
I like how it sits from the side. Easy to install and very sturdy.

I love everything about this product....design, quality and appearance. Unfortunately it would not fit my Adventure Wagon due to the factory floor install with all the L-track. Easy return and great customer service, bummed it would not work for me without modifying.
I got this for the garage of our Grit Overland GO/AT adventure van. I mounted it to the 2 L-tracks that we have in the rear. I was told this would not support the full 500 lb rated capacity, but that isn’t a problem. It will be primarily used for bikes.
I had to drill holes because existing ones didn’t line up with our L-tracks. It is aluminum, so that was easy to do. I used L-track studs to connect them. I had to use shorter nuts than the lock nuts that came with them to keep them from scraping the bottom of the tray. I installed them with locktite in hopes that it will keep them in place.
I installed 1 piece of L-track in the front and one in the rear to use with Freedom Coast L-track Fork-mount bike mounts. They are pricey, but the adjustability was important. The L-track holes on the front and rear of the tray do not fit the double-width L-track mounts on these tracks. Also, they are too far forward in the trays for drop bar bikes because the bars extended beyond the trades. I am able to get 2 drop bar bikes to fit within the 20” wide tray by putting one facing front and the other facing the rear. The wheels fit on the outside of each bike in the space created by the handlebars. Our bikes just barely fit under the bed in our van.
The only negative is that the screws holding the trays to the sliders vibrated lose the first time we used it: there are no lock washers and they were not installed with locktite. I reinstalled them (a little tricky since the rear is not accessible for several of the screws).
Overall, I love the arrangement. It slides very easily and fits perfectly in our space. It is a lot easier to get bikes in and out with this tray than trying to position them inside the van directly on the bike mounts attached to the L-track. When we aren’t using them for bikes I think it will be very convenient for hauling other stuff.
These work perfectly as intended and they make it look clean and sleek!
Flatline is an outstanding team. I sent an email asking them some questions about their roof rack for my Ford Transit and they replied back in no time. I made the order online around 1pm and at 4pm I already have a tracking number. Also the package arrived to my house in perfect condition in about 4 to 5 days. Also one of the bars was a little bent when I opened the package. I sent an email an like before the replied me super fast and sent me a replacement . Got my ladder unbelievably fast. I think it was about 4 days after I ordered it. Thank you. Installation was easy after downloading the directions.
On my last van i had s rear door ladder and a rocket box on the roof. That was a pain in the ..you know.
Now when i need my skis from the box I climb the ladder and there they are. No more creeping around on the roof to get to the lock on the box.
Build quality is excellent. Mounting could have been a little better thought out but it was an easy fix with 4 pcs of 1/8” x 1.5” rubber and two pcs of 1/8” x 1.5” aluminum bar. This mounted the box to my molle panel perfectly.

Awesome rear platform. There was a slight hiccup during install, but FVCO got back to me super quick and got me taken care of! Definitely going to purchase other items from them.

We received our tire rack 4 days after ordering, and installed it today. Woke up to 24⁰ so had to wait for the temp to come up a bit. We are in our late sixties and had absolutely no problem with installation. Instructions were so very clear, both PDF and YouTube. Highly recommend!

The tire carrier was very light (20 lbs) and easy to install. I installed it solo, using a prop to hold it up to level it. You do need a 19mm(3/4 inch) rubber grommet for the inside hole if you use the supplied step bit. It doesn't go large enough for the supplied plug. I did use silicone between the rubber washer and the van and around the screw that went through the body, just in case.
One of the best additions I have made to our van. They look great and make entering and exit the van easier after the 2 inch lift.
Installation Instructions are straightforward. Construction and fit are great.

The rack came in only a few days after purchase. Everything was included and the digital instructions were right on the money! The rack really makes my van look better and allows me to have a rooftop deck as well as solar! 10/10 recommend.
